Waterloo House is a new workplace in the heart of Amsterdam. Monumental in form, quietly confident in tone. Jetway was brought in by Peak Development and LaSalle Investment Management to shape a complete brand experience, from positioning to visual identity and motion. Rather than simply rebrand a building, the challenge was to create something with meaning and permanence in a fast-moving city.

We embraced the building’s calm, rational architecture and layered history, choosing the name Waterloo House for its clarity, character, and quiet authority. Drawing from the archetype of the Sage, we crafted a minimalist typographic system, a warm but neutral palette, and a voice that values clarity over noise.

Subtle motion brought the brand to life, adding rhythm, depth, and refinement. Today, Waterloo House is more than a renovation. It’s a calm, considered workplace in the heart of the city. A house of work reimagined.
